About me
My approach to therapy is authentic, collaborative, and relational. I will offer new perspectives and be curious about what helps you cope, as well as what is no longer working for you. New York can be simultaneously beautiful as well as challenging at times, and I want to support you in identifying ways to navigate through the complexities of this city. You don't have to go through it alone.
Therapy provides a space for honesty and personal accountability. I believe in the importance of community, connecting to nature, and am LGBTQ affirming. I am also a Latinx therapist and support clients to explore the impact of culture on mental health. I often work with creative professionals or folks who experience codependency. My undergraduate degree in Expressive Arts Therapy with a Minor in Holistic Psychology is from Lesley University and my masters degree in Music Therapy is from New York University.
